Reservation Deposits: A 50% deposit is required at the time the reservation is made. The deposit must be received in our office within 10 days of making the request to secure and confirm the reservation with the balance due 60 days prior to your arrival.

Reservations that are made within 60 days of the date of arrival must be paid in full. A confirmation of your reservation with the amount of the balance due, your receipt, and instructions are sent to you after receiving the deposit.

Cancellations: Notify us immediately if you have to cancel. In the event of a cancellation 30 days or more prior to arrival, Advanced Charters will allow substitution of any available date within a year. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival are not refundable. Reservations will be cancelled and the above policy will apply if the reservation payment policy is not adhered to.

Changes in Reservations: Please notify us as soon as possible if you wish to make changes to your reservation concerning the number of fishing days or number of persons fishing. Any revision or changes of a reservation with less days or reducing the number of people fishing as originally reserved is considered a cancellation.

Not Responsible: There are times in Southeast Alaska when the weather just doesn't cooperate. Regrettably we cannot be responsible for loss of fishing time, lodging, flight delays or any other losses incurred due to weather conditions or other conditions beyond our control.

Boats: We reserve the right to substitue the best available boat and skipper on the date or dates requested.
