Halibut
is one of the most versatile fish to cook. It lends
itself well to a variety of recipes
and is delicious no matter how you cook it. This is
one of our favorites.

Ingredients:
Smoked
Tillamook Cheese, grated
Cheezit crackers, ground real fine
Eggs, well beaten.
Mayonnaise.
Mix cheese and crackers together.
Mix eggs and mayonnaise together.
Cut the filet of halibut into strips about 1/2 inch
thick. The length depends on the size of serving portions
you want.
Dip the halibut in the egg and mayonnaise mixture, coating
the whole piece.
Then roll in cracker/cheese mixture, coating it.
Place on a greased cookie sheet. Bake 400° about 15
minutes or until done.
I
use 1/2 cheese - 1/2 crackers, and the same with eggs
and mayonnaise.
