Want to impress your guests or just give yourself a special treat? This is
the recipe for you! Substitute scallops for the shrimp for another delicious meal.

Baked Alaska Shrimp

Ingredients:

2 lbs. shrimp
1 Sweet onion sliced thinly
1 tbs. sugar
Pam
3/4 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbs. soy sauce
3 Tbs. sweet wine vinegar

 

Mix onion with a little sweet wine vinegar and sugar and let stand for a few minutes.
Spray shallow baking dish with a little Pam and spread onions evenly over bottom.
Lay shrimp over onions.
Beat last three items till smooth and spread over scallops.
Put under very hot broiler until Mayo is browned.

Don't overcook!!!
