Sautéed Spot Prawns

Ingredients:

Peeled & deveined raw Shrimp Chopped Garlic
Fresh Butter
White Zinfandel

 

Fry garlic in a lot of butter (low heat).
Add cleaned shrimp and fry for 2 or 3 minutes.
Add a few jiggers of wine. I use homemade rhubarb wine.

Do not overcook!!
